This was the second year of Whitchurch Slam, and it was really nice. A good selection of poets, more varied than last year, with greater depth. I enjoyed it. I got Gobby in The Lobby, supporting the excellent Helen Ivory and Martin Figuera! A lovely night, with the usual high quality open mic to top it off. And what about the souvenir? My very own commemorative mug – with our mug shots on it! Fantastic!
