I wrote this for Poetry Vs Noise and I love it! Think I’ll start using it as my regular set opener. I can now sandwich serious poems between a comical start and finish.

Live from the Ink Spill Festival Slam on 15th June 2023. The poor sound is because the pub was rammed and rowdy in the other rooms, with a central open bar that lets noise travel. I can assure you that in this room, I had everyone’s attention! 😂
