That’s the first of July.  Loads of my poetry mates! 😊

I’ll be back in the gazebo outside The Sair again on 12th July at Linthwaite Leadboilers Festival. 

It’s a brilliant local free festival.  My personal highlights have to be the dog show and the race to carry a hay bale up the impossible hill.  Well worth watching.  Come along!

Fantastic slam, excellent poetry and performances all round.  Other than Hudds, I wasn’t planning to do any slams this year, but now I feel inspired again.  I do love a slam!

I am gradually snipping individual poems out of this set, and putting them up on YouTube/the videos section of this website. 

But here’s one for anyone who is thinking of booking me, and can’t be bothered to go looking on the videos page.

It’s a bit dark and occasionally goes out of focus – I don’t have a very good phone.  But it gives you an idea what I’m like live. 😊

What a lovely evening!  I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.  A proper warm hug of a night.  Massive thanks to Flapjack Press for having me.
